Welcome to ACMSM27!
We are delighted to invite you to the 27th Australasian Conference on the Mechanics of Structures and Materials (ACMSM27), which will take place from 25 to 28 November 2025 at Swinburne University's Hawthorn campus in Melbourne, Australia.
The series of ACMSM was first held in Sydney, Australia in 1967. This is one of the longest running reputable conferences in the field taking place very two or three years within Australia and New Zealand. Jointly organized by Swinburne University of Technology and the University of Melbourne, ACMSM27 promises to be an exciting forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to share the latest advancements and insights in the mechanics of structures and materials.
Building on a long tradition of excellence, ACMSM27 will feature keynotes addressed from renowned experts, technical presentations, workshops, and opportunities for networking and collaboration. Melbourne, a vibrant city known for its cultural diversity and innovation, provides the perfect backdrop for this prestigious event.
We look forward to welcoming you to ACMSM27 and to an inspiring exchange of ideas that will shape the future of our field.
See you in Melbourne!
